By leveraging diverse expertise, data-driven insights, and strategic execution, the team drives innovation, efficiency, and a seamless investment journey. * Oversee daily trading operations processes, including managing ad-hoc market events, partner relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience * Utilize analytics and SQL expertise to analyze trading operations, identify opportunities for optimization, and enhance overall efficiency * Take an active role in driving projects to elevate our trading capabilities and operational efficiency * Collaborate across teams, including Product & Engineering, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus * Minimum experience of 3 years in finance or fintech or other relevant roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial markets * Proficiency in SQL, allowing you to efficiently analyze trading data and contribute to data-driven decisions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to tackle complex challenges * Proven experience in project management and implementing process improvement     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
