WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Execute the marketing strategy within a Country Team, structuring creative challenges and action plans * Design, optimize, and localize marketing assets (posts, banners, ads) while aligning with creatives and community management * Track and optimize Paid Social and landing page performance (CTR, conversion rate, AOV) * Manage Influencer Marketing and TV spot production (briefs, performance tracking, voiceover localization with global teams) * Coordinate cross-functional projects, including marketplace partnerships, ROAS alignment, and stakeholder communication.
