Business Health Solutions, PC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our team at the Eli Lilly site in Indianapolis, Indiana. What You'll Do Candidate will need to be proficient in the following areas: * Check vital signs * Perform phlebotomy and blood processing * POC Testing to include Flu, Strep Mono, Glucose * Body composition scale * Spirometry * Administer injections and immunizations under the supervision of clinical providers. * Develop relationships that focus on people and catering to people Administrative Tasks: * Schedule testing appointments and maintain accurate records * Answer phones, greet patients, and support front desk coverage * Escort patients to exam rooms, take medical histories, perform medication reconciliation, and prepare them for visits * Process incoming/outgoing mail and scan paperwork into EMR * Assist with campaign reviews, prepare testing folders, and restock supplies Who You Are * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Understanding of medical terminology * Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently * Excellent communicator—courteous, responsive, and professional * Team player who leads with humility and integrity Preferred Certifications: * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain * National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification from an accredited program Schedule: Full-Time for Lilly Technical Center (1555 South Harding Street, Indianapolis) * Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:15 am–4:00 pm * Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45 am–2:30 pm Schedule: Full-Time for Lilly Corporate Center (893 S Delaware Street, Indianapolis) * Monday - Friday: 7:15 am–4:15 pm What We Offer * 401(k) retirement plan * PPE and safety gear provided * Educational assistance and certification support * Employee discounts and benefits  * Healthcare * Company paid Disability, and Life Insurance * A supportive team culture rooted in care and service Business Health Solutions, PC is committed to creating safer, healthier workplaces through high-quality occupational health services.
