Independently implements mobile features of moderate complexity while demonstrating a solid understanding of system architecture. * Independently analyzes and solves problems within the mobile domain. Proactively identifies and addresses technical issues, including debugging device-specific or OS-specific bugs, and submits documented issues to improve our service. * Actively maintains and extends our iOS and Android applications, continuously working to master the relevant mobile technologies and systems in place. * Clearly communicates progress and blockers. Communicates respectfully internally and externally, asks thoughtful questions, and participates constructively in team discussions. * Seeks feedback from multiple sources and perspectives, balancing that feedback with independent judgment. Constructively participates in code reviews to continuously learn and improve. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Approximately 1-2 years of experience * Hands-on experience with native mobile development, specifically using Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS. * Good grasp of basic programming foundations and familiarity with mobile-specific concepts (e.g., app lifecycles). * Solid working knowledge of modern declarative UI frameworks (Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI). * At least one primary programming language of focus (e.g., Kotlin, Swift). This is a full-time remote position located in the United States. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role. Benefits & Compensation * The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$95,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. * The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
