Education / Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, instructional design, or clinical training, preferably within a medical device or healthcare environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related technical or healthcare field required; equivalent experience considered. * Clinical experience working within a neurodiagnostic discipline (EEG, IONM, PSG, or EDX/US), preferred. Job Knowledge / Requirements: * Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. * Proven ability to develop and manage content strategies across multiple product lines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong editing, formatting, and presentation skills. * Advanced computer proficiency required; experience with video content creation and learning management systems preferred. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and creative teams. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to synthesize feedback into actionable improvements. * Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools. * Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required travel documentation. * This position may require on-site visitation at medical facilities.
