AS A KIVA ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL... * Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy * Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing * Receive and log incoming items * Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse * Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift * Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR... * High school diploma or equivalent experience is required * Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills are required * Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.   * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions * Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements in order to use forklift) WORK ENVIRONMENT * This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises * Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of Noon to 8:30pm * Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
