(Learn more about Bounce's Series B HERE and also learn about our Japan Expansion HERE) ABOUT THE ROLE… As Bounce's Marketing Intern, you'll own a big piece of how people find us before they ever search "Bounce" by name: through search engines and, increasingly, AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You'll work closely with the growth team, get hands-on with SEO and AI search from day one, and have room to flex into other organic growth projects as new growth channels open up. This is a 6 month internship. WHERE YOU COME IN… * You will grow Bounce's presence through off-page citations - blogs, forums, review sites, and other sources search and AI engines cite - and track what's working * You will identify new keyword opportunities and content gaps that improve our rankings and share of search * You will be responsible for the full loop on content improvements - from spotting the opportunity to shipping the change with engineering * You will work closely with your manager to prioritize which SEO and AI search opportunities matter most * You'll start in SEO and AI search, with room to get involved in whatever else we're testing next in organic growth YOUR PROFILE… * Genuine interest in SEO and how AI is reshaping how people search - this could be through a personal project, internship, coursework, or previous role * Interest in Growth, Marketing, and startups * Comfortable with data: you can pull a report, spot a trend, and know the difference between correlation and something worth acting on * AI-centric: you love to build systems and are comfortable leveraging AI tools to do this * Detail-oriented enough to run a technical SEO audit, but able to zoom out and prioritize what matters * Excellent communication skills * Self-starter with the drive to self-manage and work towards goals in a fast-paced, scrappy environment * Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or GA4 is a bonus
