You will: * Greet guests warmly as they are seated * Take food and beverage orders accurately * Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally * Ensure every guest receives an exceptional café experience * Address guest concerns with professionalism and care * Thank guests and leave them with a great final impression * Assist with rearranging tables for group seating as needed * Participate in team and 50 North meetings What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and personality to the role: * Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills * Clear communicator who enjoys working with people * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment * Problem-solving mindset and team-first approach * Prior restaurant or service experience preferred (not required) * High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements * Ability to stand and move for extended periods * Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds * Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment * Ability to carry a tray with food and drinks   At 50 North, you’re more than an employee—you’re part of a team that values connection, service, and community.
