ABOUT THE ROLE: The Food & Beverage Specialist’s primary goal is to serve members in a warm, accommodating, professional manner. This team member must provide a consistent level of service that meets the company standards and exceeds the expectations of the members. The specialist must ultimately uphold the values and mission statement of the Company while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to operational standards. YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: * Prepare and serve all food, beverages, including specialty coffees, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. * Assist members with their ordering needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food & beverage offerings including allergens and presentation. * Conduct inventory of all bar and kitchen supplies ensuring proper stock levels. * Track costs, waste, and update POS systems with menu changes and reports. * Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager to manage purchasing and inventory. * Assist with food preparations and plating for daily and event menus * Ensure compliance with DOH and company sanitation standards. * Label and store all products following FIFO and DOH regulations. * Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all bar and kitchen areas * Support dishwashing, trash disposal, and overall kitchen organization. * Participate in improvement projects and problem-solving initiatives. * Implement cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining quality. The base salary for this role is: $35.00/hr Please note this is a part-time position — 20 hours per week.
