About What You’ll Work On: * Independently evaluate the functional ability of patients through the administration, interpretation of standardized tests, clinical observation, and patient/family interview * Create individualized treatment and educational plans and provide patient/family counseling and training. * Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies * Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate. * Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of care * Develops and implements innovative and specific treatment plans to maximize the patient's functional potential or return to previous level of functioning, based on clinical findings.
