You will have the opportunity to grow your career by collaborating with a team of outstanding talents and state of the art technology to build a lasting, positive future for millions.     WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Support on administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance and managing corporate benefits * Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS * Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * You are available for at least 6 months, currently enrolled as a student at a university * Strong interest for People Operations topics, initial experience is a plus * You combine a highly empathetic personality and a strong service mentality * Fluent communication in both German and English * Based in Berlin, available 20 hours per week, with at least one semester remaining in your studies.     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
