Essential Responsibilities: * Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. * Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. * Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. * Accurately complete documentation and maintain timely patient records. * Participate in interdisciplinary communication and patient care planning. * Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, treatment plans, and home programs. * Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability. Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. * Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Iowa (new graduates are encouraged to apply). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver's license.
