ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. RESPONSIBILITIES * Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips * Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements * Format content based on platform-specific requirements * Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery * Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience editing short-form social content * Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms * Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week * Portfolio or editing samples required
