In this role  You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact outcomes across modern data platforms and AI-enabled environments.  Your role will include:  * Lead the design and delivery of modern data and analytics solutions  * Partner with clients to translate business problems into practical, scalable strategies  * Provide trusted advisory support, recommendations, and technical leadership  * Work across platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric  * Support the development of governed, sustainable, and future-ready data solutions  * Contribute to the growth of our South Australian practice and help establish a strong market presence  * Mentor other team members, share expertise, and help foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment   * Engage confidently with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical backgrounds   What you will bring  We’re looking for someone who combines strong foundational skills with a modern mindset.  Lets talk experience  * You will bring experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery roles within data and analytics (No specific industry)  * Strong capability across modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake (essential), Databricks, and/or Fabric (desirable)  * Apply strong data engineering and data modelling capability to build scalable, sustainable, and well-governed solutions that turn complex data into practical business value  * Exposure to AI- solutions, or a clear understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly in enterprise environments, is a bonus.   * The ability to solve real-world business challenges, not just build technical outputs  * Confidence in making recommendations, influencing stakeholders, and leading conversations with clients  * A strong understanding of how to deliver solutions that are scalable, practical, and well governed  Added Bonus  * Previous exposure to modern AI-assisted delivery tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Snowflake Cortex Code or similar) and the judgment to use them responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.    The mindset that matters  Technical capability is important, but it’s only part of the picture.  We’re especially interested in people who demonstrate:  * A growth mindset  * Curiosity and a genuine interest in new and emerging technologies  * Resilience and adaptability in changing environments  * Strong collaboration and communication skills  * The confidence to challenge thinking, offer insight, and add value beyond delivery  * A practical, solutions-focused approach  What’s in it for you  * The opportunity to join during an exciting growth phase in South Australia  * Meaningful work within data, AI, and business advisory  * The chance to help shape client outcomes, team culture, and market presence  * A collaborative environment that values innovation, learning, and impact  * The opportunity to work with modern platforms and forward-thinking clients  * Relocation support may be available for candidates considering a move to Adelaide, depending on personal circumstances and individual needs.
