WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH: We want you to better understand how our company is structured from the inside and who you’ll be working with every day — that’s why we’re sharing a brief overview of our team ☺️ Our team WHY IS THIS INTERESTING? * Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche * Influence strategic product decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future * High level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze new feature rollouts to determine their true value to the user and impact on the product * Dig deep into data to uncover product growth points, focusing on user retention, activity, and drop‑offs * Define, build, and track core metrics—retention, activation, engagement, and conversion—to keep a pulse on product health * Conduct deep analysis of A/B tests, guiding the process from generating hypotheses to formulating actionable insights YOUR SKILLS: * 2+ years of experience in product analytics * Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries (experience with BigQuery is a major plus) * Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar). You know how to build dashboards that turn raw data into a clear story * You don’t stop at building reports; you strive to understand the "why" behind the data and use it to influence product decisions * You can translate complex data into plain language that clearly answers the question: “What’s next? WILL BE A PLUS: Practical knowledge of A/B testing. You can independently run tests, understand statistical significance, and interpret results (chi-square, z-test, and Mann–Whitney don't scare you!)
