The Role We are looking for a talented Product Campaign Coordinator for the Betsson Georgia brand who will drive customer retention and reactivation and ensure continuous growth of the company’s revenue. If you want to use the latest technologies while working in a dynamic, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, Betsson Georgia could be the perfect place for you.   Key Responsibilities:  * Full process management of product news/promotions/campaign creation and launch; * Measuring the effectiveness of completed campaigns; * Planning and managing marketing research; * Ensuring smooth work processes; * Implementing innovations and continuous focus on development; * Performing other tasks related to the direct supervisor's activities, as assigned; * Initiating and executing continuous process optimization; * Conceptualizing new unique campaigns and ensuring their launch. Requirements:  * Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred); * Minimum 2 years of work experience in the gambling industry; * Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role; * Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products; * Knowledge of marketing fundamentals; * Knowledge of project management fundamentals; * Theoretical or practical knowledge of customer types and segments; * Mentoring and knowledge-sharing competency; * Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.
