Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5–7 years of experience in product management within the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving product development, and ensuring successful delivery of products that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities * Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements * Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products * Develop product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications * Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch and continuous improvement * Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform product decisions * Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact * Work closely with leadership to align product initiatives with strategic objectives * Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining quality standards * Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap plans to stakeholders Required Qualifications & Experience * 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT/software company * Proven experience managing software products throughout the product lifecycle * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes * Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Experience creating product roadmaps, PRDs, and business cases Preferred Skills * Experience with SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise software products * Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar * Knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping * Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools * Technical understanding of software architecture and development processes * Product Management certifications will be considered a plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary in PKR * Salary will be processed in PKR, and tax will be deducted as per applicable laws * Hybrid work model (Islamabad office + remote flexibility for other cities) * Health insurance including In-Patient (IPD) and Out-Patient (OPD) coverage * Life insurance coverage, accidental & Emergency coverage. * Annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and paternity leave as per company policy * Professional growth and learning opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment How to Apply Please send your CV to: [email protected] or [email protected] Subject Line: Application for Product Manager – 31 Green Ltd
