About The Role The General Helper provides support across various operational, production, maintenance, and housekeeping activities to ensure efficient workflow and a safe working environment. This position assists skilled personnel, performs basic labor tasks, and supports daily operations as assigned.   Team Summary   Will be part of the LA MFG team RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist team members with daily operational and production tasks. * Move, load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and facilities. * Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling activities. * Assist with setting up and cleaning up of workstations and projects. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in a labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment is a plus but not required. * Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment. NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Manufacturing and assembly experience * Any construction experience PREFERRED EDUCATION * High school diploma or GED preferred.
