You will win by being on the shop floor – setting the standard, developing the team, removing obstacles, making improvements, safeguarding quality & safety, and driving our daily operating rhythm. Being the leader that inspires people to be the best they can be.     THE ROLE  As the Production Manager, your mission is to lead and grow a high-performing production team that safely delivers Beaver products "on time, right first time".   What You’ll Own:  * People-First Leadership: Lead and inspire the 50+ person shop floor team to deliver consistent effort, commitment and performance.   * Safety Culture: Make sure everyone goes home safe every single day.   * Zero-Defect Quality: Create a culture that takes pride in ensuring 100% quality at the point of work.   * Production: Deliver the daily production schedule across four shop floor workstreams.   * Cost Control & Efficiency: Deliver team productivity, cost control and minimise inventory.   * Team Development: Coach and develop your supervisors, team leaders, and team members.   * Continuous Improvement: Champion floor-level Lean initiatives and drive workshop readiness for the upcoming ERP upgrade.   This is a permanent full-time role based at our manufacturing plant in Salisbury, Brisbane. You will lead our 50+ person workforce through 4 direct reports running different teams on the shop floor. You will report to the Plant Manager and form a key part of the site’s leadership team.     WHO YOU ARE  You are an experienced production leader who builds team commitment by earning their respect.
