WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include: * Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery * Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations * Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback * Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives * Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations * Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs. WHAT YOU BRING * Licensed Land Surveyor (required) * Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience) * At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight * Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively * Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset WHY THIS ROLE This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where your expertise is valued, your leadership makes a difference, and your work directly contributes to successful project outcomes.
