Help shape the future-state risk and controls across the Capital Markets lifecycle within complex financial services environments. The Role Capco is seeking a Program Lead, Risk Management to support strategic Capital Markets risk and controls transformation initiatives. This role will focus on evolving and modernizing future-state risk-centric operating models across the Capital Markets lifecycle, ensuring frameworks are design-led, desk-tailored, and built to address existing and emerging risks. You will lead complex transformation initiatives focused on strengthening governance, enhancing controls, and identifying operational, structural, and technology risks across front-to-back business processes. This role is ideal for an experienced Capital Markets consultant with strong risk management expertise and a deep understanding of enterprise transformation within financial services environments. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.   Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.                                                                                                    Canada Pay Transparency $153,000—$197,000 CAD
