CLINICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT * Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks * Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance * Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties * Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics * BT Managers for performance and operational support * BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing LEARNING & ADVANCEMENT * Internal CEUs and virtual trainings * Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings * Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV * Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles BENEFITS  * Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually * PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months * 401(k) Match * Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, * Pet Insurance * Paid Parental Leave COMPENSATION & PRODUCTIVITY  * Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month * Base Salary: $83,100 and $103,800 * Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours * First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s degree in human services or a related field required * BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required * LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Cortica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
