What you will do: * Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status updates using project management tools. * Track project tasks, dependencies, and deadlines, ensuring teams have clarity on priorities and deliverables. * Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple technology and digital projects. * Act as a point of contact for clients, providing project updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist in translating client requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables. * Coordinate across different teams to keep projects on track and aligned with priorities. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and escalate issues when needed. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where appropriate. * Maintain project documentation and tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). * Support project onboarding by helping define requirements, set up project structures, and align teams on objectives. * Support compliance with relevant quality, security, and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR). What you will bring: * 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within software development, digital services, or technology. * Experience managing software, digital product, or web development projects across multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle, and ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or Slack. * Experience managing project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, timelines, status reports, risks, dependencies, and scope changes. * Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Nice to have: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Experience working with international clients, distributed teams, or multiple client-facing projects. * Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or a similar qualification.
