ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Project Manager - Inventory Control in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. The Project Manager - Inventory Control is responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen inventory governance, improve inventory accuracy, ensure financial compliance, and optimize working capital performance.  This role drives standardization of inventory control processes across sites, enhances ERP system integrity, and ensures alignment between Operations, Finance, and Planning.     The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.  ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Leadership:   * Lead end-to-end inventory control and improvement projects   * Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and governance structure   * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget   * Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability    Inventory Accuracy & Controls:   * Oversee cycle count programs and physical inventory processes   * Monitor inventory accuracy and variance trends   * Implement corrective and preventive action plans   * Standardize inventory control policies and SOPs   Financial & Compliance Oversight:  * Ensure proper reconciliation between the inventory subledger and General Ledger   * Support internal and external audit processes   * Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX where applicable)   * Manage write-offs and provisioning governance    Process & System Optimization:  * Improve ERP inventory configurations (min/max, safety stock, master data integrity)   * Lead automation and reporting improvements   * Enhance KPI dashboards and performance tracking   * Drive & partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) and within the Inventory Control function Stakeholder & Change Management:   * Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Planning, Finance, and IT teams   * Facilitate governance meetings and performance reviews   * Lead training and change management initiatives     Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):   * Inventory Accuracy %   * Shrinkage %   * Excess & Obsolete Inventory %   * Inventory Turns / Days on Hand   * Cycle Count Compliance %   * GL Reconciliation Accuracy   * Audit Findings Reduction       * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field   * 4-7 years of experience in Inventory Controls, Supply Chain, or Operations   * Demonstrated project management experience   * Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)   * PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred   * Strong analytical and financial acumen   * Deep understanding of inventory accounting principles   * Structured problem-solving approach   * Risk and compliance mindset   * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills   * Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency   ANA’S CORE VALUES: * Root Cause Problem Solving * Be Creative with Solutions * Build open and honest relationships * Build a positive team and family spirit * Be inclusive * Look for better ways * Be humble * Urgency BENEFITS & PERKS: * Competitive pay * 401k with company contribution * Medical, Dental, & Vision * Life Insurance * Voluntary Accident Insurance * Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Appreciation Programs You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
