Responsibilities: * Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion. * Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis. * Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth. * Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing processes. * Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
