Schedule: Full-time  | Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm Salary: $34.55-$36.07/hr DOE Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do: * Improve the health of individuals, families, and communities through prevention-focused nursing care.   * Provide immunizations, screenings, health education, and care coordination services.  * Support disease prevention and community health initiatives that make a lasting impact.  * Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to address local health needs.  * Serve as a trusted resource, advocate, and educator for patients across the lifespan.  * Contribute to emergency preparedness and public health response efforts when needed.
