Location: Home base is Lewistown, MT however, this position is part of the Central Montana Health District sector of which serves 5 surrounding counties.  Schedule: Full-time  | Flexible Hours | Travel Required Salary: $34.55-$36.07/hr DOE Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do: * Assess community health trends and risks through targeted evaluations and data analysis. * Investigate communicable diseases using public health surveillance and contact tracing methods. * Administer immunizations in the office and at community clinics, ensuring proper documentation and patient education. * Educate individuals, families, and groups with tailored health promotion and disease prevention strategies. * Collaborate with local agencies and partners to develop and deliver impactful health programs. * Advocate for vulnerable populations and contribute to health policy development. * Respond to public health emergencies and participate in preparedness planning and drills.
