This role will ensure strong quality and compliance across validation, qualification, calibration, maintenance, and manufacturing support activities. This role also partners closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Technical Services, and Operational Quality to ensure compliance, strengthen quality systems, and support delivery of safe, high quality AROA products. Key Responsibilities * Provide QA oversight for validation, qualification, process changes, calibration, and maintenance * Ensure calibration and maintenance records are accurate and compliant * Review quality events and ensure effective root cause analysis and CAPAs * Provide QA input into projects and validation planning * Support specifications, and material/equipment suitability * Contribute to process FMEA (pFMEA) development and maintenance. * Provide technical support for equipment and process troubleshooting. * Lead, coach, and develop the QA Technical team * Manage workload, priorities, and team performance * Support team development and capability building * Promote a high performance and collaborative team culture * Drive continuous improvement across validation and quality systems What you’ll bring: Minimum of 5+ years’ QA experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 is essential.
