Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain QA processes and procedures across the software development lifecycle. * Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both manual and automated testing. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites using modern frameworks and tools. * Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, ensuring high product quality and reliability. * Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. * Support the continuous improvement of QA practices, including test automation coverage and efficiency. * Work with tools such as JIRA and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, and report on testing progress. * Prepare clear and concise QA reports and documentation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevSecOps) to enhance product quality. * Stay up to date with industry trends, QA methodologies, and automation best practices. * Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., security, audit readiness).   Required Qualifications: * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and/or automation). * Basic to intermediate experience with test automation tools and frameworks. * Familiarity with: * Java programming language * Selenium (preferably with Serenity BDD) * Cucumber (BDD approach) * JIRA and Xray for test management * Understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration testing). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Nice to Have: * Exposure to API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). * Experience in financial services or regulated environments. * Basic knowledge of performance or security testing.
