And we’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing 2. Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system) 3. Client communication and follow-up via WhatsApp and email 4. DocuLoop document management 5. Booking showings and appointments 6. Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers 7. Agent communication coordination 8. Receipt uploading and administrative tasks 9.
