In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions while proactively building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for Sales and other critical business functions. We're looking for a resourceful, results-driven recruiter with deep sourcing expertise and a track record of identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively partner with hiring managers to support Ceros’s growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach. * Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring. * Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires. Practical stuff we anticipate you having * 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates. * Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups. * Experience with Greenhouse is preferred. * Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry.  * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
