ROLE OVERVIEW The Recruiting Coordinator joins Harvey's Talent team in Sydney to support the company's rapidly growing hiring efforts across the APAC region. The team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch interview experience that reflects Harvey's brand and pace of growth. This role drives the operational backbone of APAC recruiting — owning end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics for a fast-scaling office. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders across Sydney and globally to ensure every candidate interaction is thoughtful and efficient. It is a rare opportunity to help build the coordination function in one of Harvey's newest and most dynamic markets.
