What you’ll do: You’ll join our Talent team to ensure our candidates have world-class experiences from first-contact to (ideally) hire or wherever their candidacy takes them. You’ll partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve and collaborate on processes and candidates. You’ll schedule interviews via Ashby, gather feedback from interviewers both asynchronously and via debriefs, and be in touch with candidates directly. This is a 6-month contractor role.
