About Us Renewal Falls Recovery Center, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, provides evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: * Perform comprehensive nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatment * Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with provider orders * Monitor patients during detoxification and throughout residential treatment * Assess and respond to changes in patient condition * Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, behavioral health technicians, and case management staff * Provide patient education regarding medications, recovery, wellness, and discharge planning * Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation * Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and crisis situations * Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and company policies * Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed environment for patients and staff What We're Looking For Required Qualifications * Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing * Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) * Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team * Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications * Experience in detoxification, behavioral health, addiction medicine, emergency nursing, medical-surgical nursing, or critical care * Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) * Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders Why Join Renewal Falls?
