The Role As a Research Ops Associate at Conveo, you will be the operational backbone of our research projects. Your job is to make sure studies run on time, participants are recruited, and guides are checked - so nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a passive coordination role. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, figures things out independently, and gets things done without needing constant direction. You will own day-to-day delivery and support senior researchers and client success managers, building the operational habits that make great research repeatable. The best people in this role will grow into Research or Client Success functions over time. Your Mission Manage participant recruitment end-to-end * Coordinate recruitment across panel providers to ensure the right participants are sourced for each study * Monitor recruitment progress, track quotas, and flag issues early - including slow recruitment, quality concerns, or participant drop-off * Review participant interviews for quality and fraud signals, ensuring only valid responses are counted * Liaise with panel partners to troubleshoot issues and keep studies on track Keep study quality high * Review and quality-check discussion guides before studies go live, making sure they're accurate, well-structured, and ready for participants * Complete quality assurance tasks across active projects, catching errors before they become problems * Support Research Insight Leads in maintaining the high standard Conveo is known for Keep operations running smoothly * Track project status accurately across multiple live studies at once * Communicate clearly and proactively within the team — raising risks early and keeping everyone informed * Build and maintain good operational habits that make processes faster and more reliable over time What we are looking for Non-negotiables * A proven self-starter — show us something you taught yourself, built, or figured out on your own * Smart, determined, and ready to roll your sleeves up * Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail * Strong communicator — clear, concise, and proactive * Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving startup environment * Some experience or genuine interest in market research, consumer insights, or UX research Mindset * Self-motivated — you don't need chasing, you need space * Ownership, not excuses * Detail-oriented but never slow * Low ego, high standards * Excited by AI and what it means for research * Here to grow — into research, into client success, into whatever comes next Why join us At Conveo, you'll join a team that genuinely enjoys working and spending time together.
