In addition, Aspire Health and Community Services offers a competitive package of compensation and benefits. The respite site manager is responsible for management of a respite site which includes: Supervision of Respite Peers, Respite outreach staff and Respite direct care; and administrative supervision of respite RN , monitoring staff trainings and job performance;  fiscal management of individual and site funds; monitoring site budgets; addressing physical plant needs; is a liaison for service providers, family and guardians; monitors the physical and emotional well- being of individuals and ensures quality of individual treatment.  On-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends for the network.  Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle to attend off-site meetings and provide transportation as needed. Will ensure all staff attend and complete cultural competency training as well as attend live training events on special populations to supplement training. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology or related field preferred. * Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle. * Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in the human services field. Working knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations. * Must demonstrate the following characteristics: Flexible team player, ability to provide leadership and motivate staff, ability to grow and learn in the position. * Excellent communication skills. * Computer proficiency and the ability to learn to use an electronic health record. Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
