We are committed to our community and are proud to be the "Official Roofer of UCF Athletics.   Overview: As a Residential Field Manager, you will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing on-site operations, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.   Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in Residential roofing construction * 3+ years of roofing project management experience * 5+ years of experience with Metal, Shingle, and Tile roof systems * Ability to read plans, understand installation details, scopes of work and job specifications * Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations. (Certifications are a plus but not required) * Must be a team player and the ability to work closely with our project managers and labor crews * Detail oriented (Filling out daily reports, safety requirements, etc.)   Responsibilities: * Work together with the project manager & office team to meet project deadlines. Identify and address issues during construction * Submit daily reports that include safety, job progress, crew roll call & other pertinent project information * Understand project scope in and out prior to starting the project. Foresee potential issues, delays or need for additional information from client, GC etc. * Provide A+ customer service to our clients/GCs. Addressing their needs, preferences, and culture. Keeping open communication throughout the project duration. * Promote positive subcontractor relations.
