What you’ll do:  * Lead end‑to‑end delivery of retail projects, ensuring exceptional service, customer experience and commercial outcomes * Carry out core people management responsibilities for a small team, leading, motivating, managing and developing to deliver high performance and engagement * Own project planning, including scope, timelines, resourcing and delivery plans to ensure delivery within budget * Coordinate logistics, transport, inventory, returns and on‑site activity * Schedule, brief and manage field resources, including training, health & safety and compliance * Oversee project systems and tools (e.g. Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders * Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues proactively * Monitor quality throughout delivery and ensure projects meet brief and sign‑off requirements * Communicate project progress, milestones and risks to senior stakeholders * Ensure smooth project close‑out with learnings captured and shared * Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships What you’ll need:  * Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, ideally within a retail installations environment * Previous people management experience leading a small team desirable * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills  * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)  * Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment  Equal Opportunities: We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
