BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Raleigh, NC office. We want you to apply your energy and skills to this dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and become an integral part of a caring, professional team that is instrumental in providing the highest quality care to our clients.   Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager: *  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. *  Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas. *  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. *  Supervise nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) in the field. *  Facilitate new hire orientation. *  Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
