A little more on this exciting opportunity: We’re looking for a Roastery Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our roastery and help deliver exceptional coffee to customers across New Zealand. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the end-to-end coffee production process, ensuring orders are packed accurately, production runs smoothly, and customer delivery requirements are met. You'll play an important part in maintaining product quality, managing workload priorities, and supporting the wider team to achieve operational excellence. We're seeking someone who is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer service mindset, great communication skills, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed are essential. If you're a team player who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys working as part of a passionate crew, we'd love to hear from you. About You: * Enjoys an active role and is comfortable supporting a range of tasks * Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience preferred, but not essential * Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg safely * Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills * Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment * Holds a full, clean driver’s licence * Forklift certification is advantageous, but not essential This is a permanent, part-time position working 32 hours per week. A full, clean driver’s licence is required for this role. Due to the physical nature of the position, a good level of fitness is essential, as the role involves regular lifting and handling of coffee sacks and other production-related materials.
