ROLE SCOPE * Own the robotic weld cells: programming, fixturing interface, and weld quality at production rate. * Develop weld programs for structural steel assemblies: procedures, parameters, and sequencing that hold distortion. * Commission new cells with integrators and take them from acceptance to rate. * Drive first-pass yield up with data: rework cut at the parameter level. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've programmed and run robotic welding in production, not just in a lab. * You know GMAW deeply: parameters, transfer modes, and what the arc is telling you. * You've solved distortion and penetration problems on heavy weldments. * You work to WPS discipline and can write one. * You partner with quality on inspections and the fixes they drive. * Bonus: AWS D1.1 familiarity.
