What will you do? * Both engage outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into loyal/ performing Deliveroo partners. * Acquire new business primarily by phone and email, spending several hours each day connecting with prospects. * Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how Deliveroo can help their business grow. * Develop food business model knowledge, becoming an expert in the sector and using this to guide your conversations with potential partners. * Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets. * Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups. * Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail. What do we expect from you? * Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (spoken and written) – you’ll be working directly with the Dutch speaking prospects. * Strong communication skills and confidence in spending several hours on the phone each day engaging with prospects. * Organisational skills – you’ll need to stay on top of leads, manage your Pipeline & time effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. * A customer-first mindset – you’ll be the face (and the voice) of Deliveroo, so it’s crucial to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to helping restaurant owners succeed. * A drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performing team.
