Ideals Board: Board and leadership collaboration platform for faster, safer, and more compliant decision-making.   THE ROLE We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist, Learning & Events in Ukraine, to own the operational backbone of our global Sales Enablement function. In this role, you will ensure smooth execution across Sales Kickoff logistics, quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, LMS and Knowledge Management System administration, certifications, reporting, and process documentation. This is an execution and process-focused role. You will help enablement programs run smoothly behind the scenes by making sure every process is well-documented, repeatable, and reliably executed. By taking ownership of coordination and operational detail, you will free up the Sales Enablement team to focus on strategy, content, and impact.
