Position Overview: We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If you’re a hunter with a heart—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals * Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.) * Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients * Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams * Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs * Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery Ideal Candidate Profile: * 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets * Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities * Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset * Knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match) * Company vehicle * Ongoing training and professional development * A purpose-driven career centered around providing tailored solutions and consistently delivering on promises
