Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Sanitation Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on sanitation programs, policies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the facility. Shift- Thursday-Sunday-  8:00pm - 5:30am You will... * Develop and implement strategic sanitation programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that sanitary performance meets Factor standards as well as supports Food Safety requirements and regulatory compliance * Maintain and write detailed procedures and SOPs for all plant equipment * Maintain and update master cleaning schedule for plant according to GMP and Factor guidelines * Manage sanitation chemical supply and inventory * Build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments within HelloFresh * Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the sanitation team for career progression and development * Participate in audits, facility inspections and coordinate  pre-operational inspection with QA Management * Develop and implement all sanitation related training for sanitation and plant employees as needed * Ensure all safety requirements related to sanitation are met including proper chemical storage, MSDS, PPE and procedures            * Other duties as assigned.
