You'll ensure our 600,000 customers operate within a secure, compliant environment by conducting thorough PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings across our European markets. Working closely with Marina, our Lead AFC Sanctions & Investigations, you'll contribute to maintaining a robust compliance framework that protects Qonto's customers and enables the company to achieve its goal of serving 2M SMEs by 2030. ➡️ What you'll do * Screen and investigate alerts from World-Check One and ComplyAdvantage against PEPs, Sanctions Lists, and Adverse Media * Process transaction screening alerts in a timely manner, making acceptance or refusal decisions in our tooling system * Maintain detailed documentation of all PEP and Sanctions files, ensuring complete audit trails * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT Swift, Fraud, SEPA, Open Banking, AML) to improve processes and maintain seamless operations * Contribute to compliance projects, including implementing new procedures and improving tool calibration ➡️ What we're looking for * Experience: At least first experience in AML/Compliance, with screening expertise in PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media * Languages: Fluent in English.
