Key Responsibilities: * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, refined, and aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. * Define and communicate the product roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders, technical leads, and leadership to align on priorities and timelines. * Lead requirements elicitation and analysis, ensuring dependencies and impacts are identified and addressed. * Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. * Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data mapping documents. * Write clear and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring shared understanding across business, development, and QA teams. * Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure the team has a clear understanding of upcoming requirements before sprint planning. * Make prioritization decisions on behalf of the business, balancing stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity. * Monitor and report on delivery progress, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and scope changes, and proposing mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers, solution architects, and technical leads to validate that proposed solutions meet business needs. * Mentor and support other Business Analysts, providing guidance on requirements practices, documentation, and stakeholder communication. * Continuously improve team processes and BA practices to increase delivery quality and efficiency.   Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent work experience. * 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner role. * Proven experience owning a product backlog and driving prioritization decisions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently manage relationships at all organizational levels, including senior leadership. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts and drive informed decisions. * Ability to interpret and work with data to support analysis, validate requirements, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience working across multiple teams or domains simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. * Familiarity with web and mobile application development processes, including understanding of front-end, back-end, and API concepts.
