About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Business Manager to drive growth in our Spot liquidity business. You'll own market share expansion, liquidity depth optimization, and identify new growth frontiers — including emerging TradFi intersections. RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive the growth and competitiveness of the exchange's trading business through strategic initiatives and market development. * Develop and execute liquidity strategies to enhance market quality, trading efficiency, and user experience. * Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to support product and business expansion. * Contribute to pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies across trading products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch, enhancement, and lifecycle management of trading products and services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients to support business objectives. * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely communication of key operational and product updates. * Analyze business performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
