We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems to drive enterprise-wide automation and intelligent decision-making. This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations. What You’ll be Doing: * Analyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunities * Design and implement AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize operations * Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations * Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals * Design, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world business applications * Develop GPT-based solutions, including: * Text generation and summarization * Contextual search and embeddings * Multilingual translation systems * Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy * Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows * Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making * Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments * Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure)  What You’ll Need to Be Successful: * Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI * Experience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools * Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms * Experience building data pipelines and analytics dashboards * Ability to map business processes to AI-driven solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Experience driving enterprise automation initiatives Blanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
