ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an Event Coordinator to own end-to-end event organization for Higgsfield, from first concept to last confetti. You'll be the person who turns an idea into a fully executed, on-brand experience that people remember. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own full-cycle event planning: concept, budgeting, vendor sourcing, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up * Manage vendors, venues, contractors, and timelines simultaneously without dropping balls * Bring creative ideas to the table — Higgsfield events shouldn't feel like generic corporate events * Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to align on goals, messaging, and guest experience * Build repeatable processes so events get smoother (not more chaotic) as we scale WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 3+ years of experience in event coordination/production, ideally including marketing or brand events * Proven track record owning events end-to-end — not just executing someone else's plan * Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built * Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure when three things go wrong at once * Fluent English NICE TO HAVE * Experience organizing events in the US or with international vendors/logistics * Background in tech, startup, or creative industries * Marketing sensibility — you instinctively know what makes an event "on brand" The deal * Competitive salary in USD * On-site role in our Almaty office. * Full-time position with high growth potential.
